What is the difference between course and mentorship?

A course typically follows a structured curriculum with predetermined lessons, assignments, and assessments. It often has a fixed duration and covers specific topics or skills. Mentorship is more flexible and personalised. It involves a one-on-one relationship between a mentor (an experienced individual) and a mentee (the learner). The mentor provides guidance, advice, and support tailored to the individual needs and goals of the mentee. The outcome of mentorship is typically personal or professional growth. Mentees benefit from the guidance and support of the mentor, gaining insights, confidence, and new perspectives that help them achieve their goals.
